Human Resource Institute of 3C

In addition to our consulting services, we have developed our Human Resource Institute (HRi) that offers knowledge and design workshops to provide a level of knowledge transfer that is higher than typical one- or two-day professional training courses. These workshops give participants specific, practical knowledge of human resource topics, including the design of compensation programs.

HRi courses are content-rich and packed with practical information. They include intensive analysis and discussion of effective compensation models and practices and also give participants hands-on experience and tools necessary to design compensation programs.
