Lisa Audi has broad compensation design and implementation experience in both corporate and consulting environments. She assists clients in all phases of compensation program development including strategy identification, program design and implementation. Lisa has worked with organizations varying in size from small companies with fewer than 20 employees to global corporations having employee populations that number in the tens of thousands. She has designed and implemented total compensation programs across numerous industries including business services, financial services, healthcare, higher education, insurance, manufacturing, high-technology, and not-for-profit organizations.

Lisa was a compensation consultant with Buck Consultants for eight years and has also held compensation positions with USA Today and Sherwin-Williams. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in industrial psychology from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business from George Washington University. Lisa is a Certified Compensation Professional and a member of World at Work and the Chicago Compensation Association. She is also a frequent public speaker on compensation-related issues and ideas.
